A simple approach to adding supplements to your dog's routine.
Start with one goal
Start with what you notice most. Adding one new product at a time makes it easier to see what works for your dog.
Follow the serving guidance
Use the serving information on each product page to find the right amount for your dog. Give it consistently so it becomes part of their routine.
Give it time, then evaluate
Consistency matters. Give your dog time to settle into the routine, and if you're not happy with your purchase, our 30 day guarantee has you covered.
Meet JJ. He's the reason we started Rideman Pet Health.
JJ isn't just a dog on our labels. He's our dog, and he's been part of Rideman Pet Health from day one. He's our inspiration and the face you see on our products. The JJ Approved seal represents the care we put into choosing the ingredients, amounts and products we offer.
We're a family-run company, and we'd rather make a focused lineup of products well than rush to fill a shelf. Every product we offer has to earn its place.

Frequently Asked Questions
Have a question? We're here to help. Contact us.
How long until I notice a difference?
Supplements work gradually. Give any chew four to six weeks of daily use before you judge it. With Joint Support Advanced you can double the daily amount for the first four weeks for extra support.
My dog has food sensitivities. Which products are right for them?
Multivitamin and Skin and Coat use a vegetable flavor. Probiotic uses hydrolyzed duck and Fresh Breath Support uses hydrolyzed chicken liver, which many dogs with protein sensitivities tolerate well. Our hemp treats are grain free.
Worth knowing: the soft chews contain oat and rye flour and soy lecithin. Joint Support Advanced contains shellfish and pork derived chondroitin. Skin and Coat contains salmon oil. Full ingredients are on every product page.
Can I give my dog more than one product at a time?
Many owners pair formulas, such as Joint Support Advanced with Skin and Coat. Introduce one at a time so you can see how your dog does with each. If your dog takes medication or has a health condition, check with your veterinarian first.
Are these products safe for cats?
Joint Support Advanced includes a cat serving of one chew daily. Everything else in the lineup is made specifically for dogs.
Will hemp make my dog high?
No. Our hemp products use broad spectrum hemp extract, which contains naturally occurring compounds and is non-intoxicating. It will not make your dog high. Lab reports for each batch are linked on the product pages.
What if my dog won't eat it?
Tell us within 30 days and we will refund your order. JJ is picky too. We get it. Details are on our Shipping and Returns page.
How quickly will my order ship?
Orders placed by 2 pm Eastern ship the same business day. Most arrive in two to five business days. Shipping is free over $49. See Shipping and Returns for the details.
